The paper will pay special attention to the way 15 M has evolved. Thus, the appearance of new political formations, protest movements, associations and platforms in Spain will be studied in detail, emphasizing on the use of ICTs and digital media to better understand their strategic uses in social movement communication, both internal and external. Certainly, new party “Podemos” or “We Can”, rooted in “The 15 M Movement”, has positioned as the fourth largest political power after the EP Elections, May 2014. It is also convenient to analyze the performance of the Anti-Eviction Platform. On the whole, these new formations have changed the Spanish political landscape and aspire to enhance representative democracy with a solid presence of the civil society through participatory, deliberative and associative practices.
