The Space Time Continuum of Investment Agreements: The EU, Ttip, and the Regime Complex

Based on the premise that “no agreement is an island,” this paper considers the multilevel and intertemporal connections between current TTIP negotiations and other investment agreements and negotiations, and draws out implications for the emerging trade and investment complex of the 21^st century.
