Over the last decade western European politicians have faced a series of significant, Europe-wide public-policy challenges.  This panel analyses how two particular challenges have been dealt with.  On the one hand the issue of corruption and the funding of politics has gradually risen in salience whilst the Eurocrisis crashed rather more dramatically in to public consciousness.  This panel unpacks, and analyses, how politicians have responded to these challenges'.
