061 MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival

With the event taking place in over 300 cities across 6 continents during one week, MANHATTAN SHORT is more than one of the world's largest short film festivals. It is the world's first and only global film festival. Founding Director, Nicholas Mason, will be introducing the Festival, its history, and the special screening that will feature a selection of films from its 18-year history relating to "Resilient Europe?" The audience will be able to vote for the best short film on "resilience" and the winner will be featured on both the MANHATTAN SHORT site and the Council for European Studies site.
