Making a Religion out of Learning: What the Ordinary World Can Teach the University

This talk explores the relationship of the humanities to everyday life, and is taken from his book-in-progress about the humanities and the university in material space. This paper turns naturally (organically) to a discussion of pedagogy, in and out of the university.
