	Cabinet (Omni Shoreham)

In connection to the accession of post-communist Central and Eastern European states, concerns were raised about the (in)adequacy implementation of the EU’s anti-discrimination acquis. The panel uses the case studies of Czech Republic and the Baltic states, in the area of gender equality and minority rights, to offer a theoretical analysis of the obstacles to the effective implementation of equality and anti-discrimination law in CEE.
